OCC Guest Pass
The Oshawa Camera Club Guest Pass allows visitors to attend a meeting before deciding to join. It’s a great way to meet members, experience our programs, and see how the club supports photographers in Oshawa and Durham Region.
Join us for an evening, meet our members, and get a feel for what the club is all about.
Free Guest Nights
Competition Results nights are free for guests to attend. These evenings showcase member images and include feedback from accredited photography judges.
Results nights are a great way to see the quality and variety of work produced by OCC members.
Speaker Nights
Guest Speaker nights are available to visitors for $10 each. Topics vary throughout the season and may include live in-person or Zoom presentations.
Bonus: If you join OCC within 7 days after attending a Guest Speaker night, your $10 guest fee will be refunded.
Members-Only Activities
Some OCC activities are reserved for members only, including hands-on learning nights, social events, and Special Interest Groups.
If you enjoy your guest visit, becoming a member gives you access to the full club experience.
Meeting Details
Location:
Hope Fellowship Church
1685 Bloor Street, Courtice
Meeting schedule:
Second and fourth Tuesdays of the month
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Doors open at 6:00pm for socializing and photo discussions.
Live in-person attendance is encouraged. A virtual Zoom or YouTube option may also be available for some meetings while the club continues fine-tuning hybrid options.
If you attend virtually, meeting details will be emailed to you a few days before the meeting.

Register as a Guest
Please complete the form below by Sunday at 9:00pm prior to the meeting date so we can prepare for your attendance.
Registered guests will receive a confirmation email along with meeting details.
The OCC Guest Pass will be available starting September 1st for the New Season.
Walk-ins are welcome at Hope Fellowship Church on meeting nights. A $10 cash guest fee applies for speaker nights.
If you have paid online, please bring your payment confirmation as proof of purchase.
Registered guests will receive reminder emails and meeting details prior to the event.
