OCC is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members, volunteers, and the Board of Directors. As a member of the Club, I acknowledge that any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior—including but not limited to verbal harassment, intimidation, or any actions that undermine the well-being of others, as determined by the Board of Directors will not be tolerated.

I understand that failure to adhere to this standard of conduct may result in immediate termination of my membership, at the sole discretion of the Club’s President and Board of Directors. By signing this application, I agree to uphold these principles and contribute to a positive and respectful community within the Oshawa Camera Club.

By submitting this application, I certify that all information provided—including my legal name, address, and contact details—is accurate and truthful. I acknowledge that providing false or misleading identity details voids this application immediately. The Oshawa Camera Club reserves the right to immediately cancel any registration found to contain falsified identity data, without notice or recourse.

By signing this membership application, I acknowledge and agree that the Oshawa Camera Club and its directors, officers, members, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or unfortunate experiences that I may encounter while participating in Club activities, including but not limited to photography outings, workshops, and events.

I understand that photography-related activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, environmental hazards, and equipment-related incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and waive any claims against the Club arising from negligence or unforeseen circumstances.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club from any claims, liabilities, or expenses that may result from my participation. I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and that my signature below constitutes a full and final release of liability.

I retain copyright ownership of all images I submit to the Club. I grant OCC permission to use submitted images for Club-related purposes including competitions, exhibitions, educational presentations, website content, newsletters, social media, and Club promotion. Images will not be sold or commercially licensed by the Club without additional permission.
