Club Competitions
Oshawa Camera Club competitions give members a chance to share their work, receive feedback, and develop their photography in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Whether you're entering for the first time or building toward stronger results, competitions are designed to help you learn, grow, and see your work in new ways.
General Competitions
OCC runs four general competitions each season.
- 3 categories: Nature, Pictorial, Assigned Topic
- Up to 5 entries per competition
- Maximum of 3 entries per category

- Results presented during club meetings
Annual Club Competition
The Annual Competition brings together the strongest work from the season.

Judging & Feedback
Competition entries are reviewed by qualified judges. Members receive scores, and in general competitions they may request comments on selected images.
Feedback helps members understand what is working well, what could be improved, and how their images may be strengthened for future competitions.
Submission Terms
Members retain full copyright of all submitted images, prints, files, and photo essays.
By submitting work to OCC, members give the club permission to use submitted content for club publication, education, presentations, and promotional materials.
