To ensure a successful connection to Zoom, our online service provider, here are some tips:
1. Turn off all other software you might be running on your computer, especially resource hungry apps such as Lightroom or Photoshop.
2. Use a wired connection to your router, rather than a wireless connection.
3. If using a wireless connection, have the computer in the same room as your wireless router.
4. If you still have issues while connected, try turning off your video feed from your webcam.  You will still hear and see everything, and we will hear you, but you will save resources and bandwidth by not sending a video feed.
