Acknowledgement*
I understand that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic Restrictions, the Club Season may be partially or fully conducted as online sessions. To participate, members should have the use of a computer, tablet or smartphone and be able to connect via ZOOM over the internet. Outings, Workshops, physical Club meetings and Events will only be conducted when social distancing restrictions are lifted and participating members are advised to do so at their own risk. Members are not obligated to attend any event in person if they feel their health is at risk. The OCC will take all measures to comply with Provincial Health guidelines to maintain the safety of all of our members.

This Form is open to everyone on a first come first serve basis. Please note, we do have a cap of 130 members for this season.
