OCC Membership Vote for 2023/24 Club Meeting location.
As you know, we are considering moving to Hope Community Church in September when we plan to resume in-person meetings for our next club year, the 2023-2024 season. This location is also where this year’s annual PhotoEx will be held on May 11th. As a club member, you have an opportunity to vote on this regular meeting venue change.
For your information prior to voting, please view a video from last weekend’s open house at Hope and a discussion of the rationale behind the move, both on the club website. Of note, a change from previous communication, the nights available for meeting at Hope are Monday and Tuesday. You will be first asked if you support the move and then, second, which evening you prefer if the move itself is approved.
That will be available Thursday and Friday (Feb 9 & 10) this week to give you a couple of days to review the material provided.
